As a mom, pharmacist, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I know the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and also how difficult it could be to try to find time to put yourself first. With my help as your personal trainer and nutrition coach, you will be guided through every step of your fitness journey by receiving customized workouts and personalized nutrition advice to suit your goals and lifestyle. As your group fitness instructor in my babywearing classes, you will be guided through a series of safe postpartum exercises that will improve your cardio, strength, and mobility while having fun with your baby and other parents.
