Postpartum Fitness Core Workshop
Do you want to exercise again after having a baby but unsure which exercises are safe to do?
I created this workshop just for you!
The workshop includes:
2 hours of learning and practicing exercises in a small-group, beginner-friendly, supportive environment
basic anatomy to understand how your body has changed from pregnancy and why your exercises postpartum may be different than before pregnancy
proper breathing technique
core pressure management
thorough guidance on how to safely perform over 20 common exercises without worsening diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues
personalized feedback to help you improve your exercise technique
an opportunity to connect with other parents
expert instruction by Franny (a mom, pharmacist, and pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist)

Virtual Personal Training
(Private or Partner Training Available)
You will receive a customized exercise program designed around your individual goals. We will focus on different aspects of physical health, such as improving strength, endurance, mobility, or improving joint function after an injury or gradually increasing exercise intensity after having a baby.
You will train from the comfort of your own home, while we connect virtually via Zoom video calls to ensure correct form and technique while you exercise. In addition, you will have access to an online coaching software that has exercise demo videos for all of your exercises, an accountability tracker, and unlimited in-app messaging with me!
As a personal trainer with a background in healthcare, I will guide you every step of the way to ensure you’re on the right path to reaching your health and fitness goals through a safe and effective customized exercise program.
Virtual Nutrition Coaching
(Private or Partner Coaching Available)
When you work with me, you will have peace of mind knowing that a healthcare professional will be there to guide you along your journey to better health. I will remove the guesswork for you and give you direction and support the entire journey.
You will learn all about nutrition, with recommendations based on science so you won't ever need to navigate the sea of conflicting opinions about nutrition again. You will develop and practice healthy behavioural changes that are sustainable, safe, and catered to fit into your lifestyle.
You will learn coping skills and essential self-management skills needed to manage your weight, along with learning how to eat healthier, make informed decisions on your food choices, develop problem-solving skills, and gain the ability to design your own healthy meals.
